Good to know

Only the listed items are rewritten — every other byte is copied as-is, so pixels, orientation, colour profile and animation are untouched.

Editing any metadata invalidates the C2PA signature, so the manifest is always dropped alongside an edit rather than left behind broken.

Dropping a file only looks inside it. Nothing is rewritten until you press Clean.
